The Asia Pacific Aviation Training Symposium (APATS) 2026 is launching a dedicated stream focused on flight simulation training device regulation, timed to coincide with EASA's move toward its new Flight Simulation Training Device Capability Signature framework. The stream is intended to give training organisations, regulators and simulator manufacturers operating in the Asia-Pacific region a focused space to work through how the incoming framework will affect device qualification and training delivery across approved training organisations (ATOs) in the region.
